Help Desk Engineer / Technology Consultant

Looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented Help Desk technician to augment existing experienced team.


  • Provide first response troubleshooting and issue routing for help desk
  • Tier I and Tier II Help Desk Support with Tier III abilities
  • Monitors and reviews SLA\'s and response time objectives
  • Performs help desk staff duties as needed
  • Assists in the implementation and installation of new service offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of help desk requests
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of company product information
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalant competency program
  • Must have 2+ years IT Support or Systems Administration experience
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to anticipate end user technical needs, perform daily and routine tasks while working to resolve open issues with minimal supervision.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
  • Must have strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory in a networked environment
  • Must be resourceful with the ability to use various information sources to troubleshoot technical issues
  •  Must have working knowledge of basic network concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN and IP Telephony)
