You may be asking, how can I use my iPhone and still keep up to date with my Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Calendars? Your Microsoft Teams calendar is an extension of your Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange calendar. What you need to do is synchronize your Microsoft Account to your device so you can see your Microsoft calendar on your iPhone or Mac.
To do this on your Mac OS device:
- Open your Calendar (this is the default Mac OS Calendar)
- Go to Calendar then Settings
- Click on Accounts at the top
- Click the + Plus Sign to add an account
- Choose Microsoft Exchange (choose this for both Office 365 or Exchange)
- Follow the prompts for Username and Password (this is your Microsoft information)
- Now you are able to sync your Microsoft Account calendar with your mac
- You can also choose to sync Mail, Reminders and more
To do this on your iOS (iPhone) device:
- Open Settings
- Press on Calendar
- Press on Accounts
- Choose Add Account
- Choose Microsoft Exchange
